Shannon is a 500 RYT and Advanced Yoga Nidra Facilitator, trained by Kamini Desai, PHD, in the Amrit Method of Yoga Nidra. She is also trained in trauma informed yoga through the Bodywise Institute and Yoga for 12 Step Recovery. Shannon has been working in the field of mental health and recovery, as a yoga instructor and meditation facilitator since 2013.
